Franella Footwear

<p>I have ordered 2 pairs of shoes in December last year. I was told that there is a 16 week waiting period. We are now in July 2017 and nothing yet. When I followed up, I was told they are working on my my query. And lately when I follow up I get ignored..... I should have known better than to think that there might still be trustworthy people to order online or actually from FB...very disapointing!!!</p>
