Extremely poor service, can I give no stars????

I ordered shoes on 21 January 2017. About a month later I enquired when my shoes will be sent, and I was told the TAT is 120 days, which was not mentioned anywhere in their terms and conditions. It is now 156 working days after I place my order and still no shoes. Every time I enquire, I get an answer that they will look into the matter, with no further response as to what the problem is... Extremely poor service...
