FRANCO’s has dropped their standard of service to the ground!

Went there on Friday the 13th of September 2024, for my sister’s birthday celebration dinner. We walked in and was seated by the manager but that was the last of us getting any assistance from any of their staff members. The waiters and waitresses kept on walking past our table, no one came to ask if we were ready to order any drinks. Even after trying to get their attention. They all were gathered by the door seemingly waiting for better days. Mind you I’ve been to this place a million times before but this time it was different, it felt like we were being treated differently because of our race. It wasn’t busy at all and there was a million of these people on the floor. 15mins passed with still no assistance so we decided to leave and no one tried to stop us or even offer an apology. Things have changed there, if you are in or around Vanderbijlpark DON’T GO THERE, the standard has dropped to the ground. I’m truly disgusted!🤮
