Paid Consultation Fee, No Follow-Up or Service
I paid a consultation fee with the expectation of receiving legal advice and the promised follow-up. Unfortunately, after the consultation, communication came to a complete standstill. Despite multiple follow-ups on my part and several promises that Francois would call me back, I have yet to receive a single call to this day. It is extremely disappointing to pay for a professional service only to be ignored once payment has been made. I understand that delays can happen, but a lack of communication and failure to honour repeated promises is unacceptable. I hope this review deters clients who have high hopes in this attorney especially with all his tik tok and media exposure and encourages the firm to improve its client service and communication.
