absolutely no service and *** attitude

i app**** for sequestration with francois uys attorneys in march 2014. its april 2015 and im still waiting for my documentation as proof i have made hundreds of phone calks and send 100's of emails. adri ignores me flat. she doesnt respond at all. when i phone the office to speak to francois i get told that he is not available(for a year really?) I have already paid something between R12000 abd R15000 to them. they are a bunch of sharks. taked your money and dont hear from them again. I wouldnt even refer my worst enemy to francois uys attorneys.
