Failure to evict ******** residents

Good Morning. <br> <br> I'm writing this report on behalf of my mother (M.C Mtsweni)<br> - In 2011 my mom bought a house in Mamelodi East, Ext 6. House no: 33869.<br> - The amount of R95 000 was paid out cash to the owner Ms Jabulile Mahlangu, state agent Terror ***) and the attorney Mr Francois Pienaar***).<br> -Transactions were successfully made by Mr Pienaar and gave the title deeds to my mother but failed to evict the people who stayed with the previous owner in the house as they claim that they are entitled to stay though they don't have legal documentation.<br> - We would like Mr Pienaar and his team to evict their people from the house or give back all the money that was paid to them and pay the current outstanding rent (R18 000) as the people residing there now do not pay the rent at all.<br> <br> Your assistance in this matter would be highly appreciated as this house was bought in 2011 and my mom is swimming in debts of the house that she doesn't stay at.<br> Should any further information be required, I am available at any time convenient to you on *** (VS Mahlangu) and [Email Removed]<br> <br> Regards<br> V.S Mahlangu<br> ***
