Owner treated us like ****!

Bought my husband a new wedding ring and it was one size too big , phoned the lady and she said a new one will arrive in 3 days. After 3 days we went into the store where the owner was so rude treated us like **** and told us she doesnt know where the lady got her info from as it will take 15 at least ! He was so rude ! I didnt spend R20 000 but im still a customer ! Bad attitude!
