Pathetic

<p>We went to Franco Tyre in Zastron street Bloemfontein on the 17-06-2017 where we bought 4 new tyres (City Tour). On the 02-08-2017 we noticed that one back tyre was showing the wiring and the thread was gone. We went to Franco Tyre on 03-08-2017 where we waited for 3 hours while they checked our wheel alighnment and wheel balancing, the diff and all sorts of things and found nothing wrong on our car. Then they wanted us to continue driving with that tyre where we lost it and they said they would put on a second hand tyre while they investigate that tyre and we must come back on 04-08-2017. We were out of town on the 4th and on our way back to Bloemfontein when the other back tyre blew out just before Verkeerdevlei toll gate. We proceeded to phone Franco Tyre to tell them what had happen and was told that is not their problem. We then asked that if they have any news on the other tyre was and they told us that it will take 3 weeks maybe before they will have an answer.</p> <p> </p> <p>They are rude and not very helpful. Even their staff are complaining about the attitude in the shop so that says alot.</p> <p> </p> <p>If this is how they want to do business good luc****!!</p>
