Worst Salon Experience - Staff need to be Trained and they need to treat they clients better

Franco International @ Sandton City..Worse Salon Experience I have ever had...I had to stand while he cut my hair. he took more time talking to other people than listening to me. not happy at all with the colour and cut. so unprofessional the salon was so packed .I am sure they did not follow lockdown rules ..and there was no place for me to sit while he cut my hair and I made an appointment..What a waste of money and time. went back the next day and got attitude. so unhappy with my hair. Terrible Salon .staff are so unprofessional. My hair is still black there is NO Colour at all showing.. when I told the hair stylist that the next day he said he cant redo my hair and made up a story about when I will see the colour..yet I showed him a picture of what I want before he started. Terrible Terrible experience Rushed service Inexperienced stylist Painful experience Messy results
