Paid over R4000 for my hair to be ruined!!

I came to your salon a few weeks ago and spent over R4000 for a cut and colour and two so called treatments. The price was outrageous at any standard but the stylist insisted that the quality of the hair dye and the treatments were so good so i guessed that's why it costs so much. The color did not come out the way I wanted. My once very smooth hair is is now completely broken and damaged from the colour even though I was told the treatments would protect my hair from colour damage. The hair has faded from a red into an ugly brown. Now I am going to have to cut my hair that I was growing for over 2 years to try get rid of the damage caused at your salon. I am completely disgusted at your salon and will never come back there. And by the way my sister recently went to candi and Co for a cut and colour and paid only R1000 and that came out much better. I can't believe i paid a fortune for your *********** stylists to ruin my hair I have been growing and looking after for years.
