Horrible experience

I requested a master stylist to do my highlights and cut. I paid over R4000 for a what looks like a junior to do my highlights as she kept having to ask for assistance, while my supposed hairstylist was busy running around attending to other clients.

My haircut didnt even last 10 min, and he didnt listen at all to what I wanted. I walked with a plain bob that anyone could've done. I even showed images of what I preferred and what I have is nowhere close to that. My highlights are barely visible as its the exact same colour as my normal hair.

Definitely not worth the money and the service was not off a master stylist. For that amount of money I expected alot more attendance.

At the end of the day I just wanted to get out of there. Won't recommend them to anyone.
