I received a call from Cindy yesterday and she gave me excuse after excuse saying stuff like "dye does make your hair dry and brittle" I explained to her that I have been growing my hair for years and the length and condition was wonderful before I came to your salon. Now my hair is completely damaged and broken and it is a horrible washed out brown. I explained that nothing is going to give me back my healthy hair but the very least you can give me back my money. She said that she will speak to the director and get back to me. She called me back at the end of the day and said I should come in today so they can look at my hair. I went out of my way to come back to the salon just to receive more excuses from Crystal who had a ****y attitude and who kept saying "colour fades mam" it's been less than a month and what was supposed to be a vibrant red looks like grass and the pathetic answer I get is that colour fades!!! I've see box dye that lasts looker and looks healthier than the mess they caused. They refused to give me my money back. For R4000 you would expect the stylist to know what they doing. The same *********** stylist was busy whispering to another client while I was standing there. FRANCO INTERNATIONAL IS THE BIGGEST MONEY MAKING *****S!!!!
