very very poor

I had a very bad experience buying a shoe from this shop(Franco Ciccato Carlton Centre) Within a week a shoe broke and they refused to exchange nor refund me. I have spoken to the store manager and staff n all they did was to give me a stinking attitude even the brunch manager couldn't help in the situation. I'm am sitting with no shoe and no money. I am never buying from this shop ever again. The staff really need to go for a customer service course. It's a SHAME.
