Unfairly treated

I bought a shoe "takkies" at Franco in the Table View the store is in Bayside mall. I wore the shoe once , and it was so uncortable, as the front part of the shoe was already bent after one wear, which was not even a full day. I took the shoe back to the stores and complained about poor manufacturing problems, as I cannot buy a takkie and it bends as if I had it for years ,after one wear. I was assisted by a lady named Colleen who took the shoe back ,however she could not refund me as she had to confirm with her manager first. The manager took wonderful two weeks to get back to my complaint , and they told me the fault with the shoe was not due to manufacturing issue of which I found very surprising!! Collen gave me a new email to email a guy named Stanley at their head office of which I sent him two emails already with no reply. I want my money back , otherwise I could've bought a shoe in a second hand shop for R50 , in this case I ddnt yet I did not receive value for my money. There is no way I wear a shoe once "half a day",and after that it looks as if wore it for years!!! Your service is disgusting, and you have no way of treating customers at all!!!
