Complain

I bought boot at Franco Ceccato on the 2017 that cost me R500 and I only ware this boot for 3 month and the boot is broke. I went to store and I spoke with Levina store manager that was the 04-10-2017 and I show her the boot and she told me she wil phone me because she won't be able to authorise refund or exchange because she need to inform her boos. Today I called her for follow up and she told me that her boos didn't go to store yet and maybe she will inform me tomorrow or Friday or next month feedback and I told her that I need answer by today because i will be leaving cape town tomorrow and she was like she can't help me and when I told her that I boot expensive boot because I want the boot to last me at least two years and she say I have boot for long and she drop line.she phone me back after five today telling me that they can't refund or exchange my boot because I have boot long and the boot is broken because I was abusing the shoe I don't I understand why she say that I don't know it's because I'm black or what I buy all my shoes at Franco and I never experience this. I can't ware experience boot for three month.
