broken shoes

On 18 December 2014 I bought a pair of shoes at this store. It's now 4 months later and the shoes broke which I have paid alot of money for. I wanted to know if I could exchange these shoes. I've sent numerous emails to their email address on their website and even on their Facebook page, but up until now no one responded and I've been struggling since last week to get an answer.
