BAD QUALITY AND SERVICE AT CRANCO CECCATTO _ PROMENADE MALL MITCHELLS PLAIN

I have been buying shoes at Franco Ceccato store in Promenade Mall for the last 5 years with no issues or problems with there quality and style but this year in February I bought a pair of formal shoes and not even 2 months the soles cracked on both pairs, they exchanged the shoes in April ( took a different pair) and low and behold in June the soles on this new pair also cracked. I went to the store to complain and advise that there quality is not the same and this is me second pair in 6 months with the same issue. I was told by the Area Manager that I should have 2 pairs of shoes for work ( I drive to and from work and sit in a office whole day) that's the reason the soles crack cause I only have one pair. I was so humiliated that not once did she acknowledge there poor quality shoes after I had such good service from them in the past. The mere nerve of the Are manager telling me this but eventually after exchanging some harsh words and telling her I'm not leaving without either new pair of shoes or money cause they refused both options, the refunded my money. Area manager comes with a title that you should listen to your loyal clients if your quality has dropped it needs to be addressed with the relevant supplier not insult your clients and make them feel small !!!!! Franco Ceccatto Promenade Mall has just lost a loyal client that has been with them for 6 years that shop will never see my hard earned money AGAIN!!
