Bad experience

Refund policy? Customer policy? Bought a shoe a day ago never been worn went back to the store can't get a refund, I then wanted to exchange my shoe for something else but the shoe I wanted out of stock, then asked assistant if we could go to another branch to get the stock of the boot i wanted he then said no they don't allow that due to invoices and codes not corresponding and we can't change a shoe for another shoe and another store what **** is that?? All stores does this now I'm sitting with a shoe that I'm probably going to habr to sell because nothing in the shop fancies me

Please don't buy at this shoe place you going to be sorry!!
