Bad customer service

The 9th August i recieved a gift from hubby and its a pair of heels from Franco Ceccato.

Now im very specific when it comes to shoes and unfortunately i didnt like them, they uncomfortable and not my style.

A week later i go to the store with the box and slip and saddly they refuse to give me a refund telling me i have to choose something from the store. Looking around the shop i refuse to take anything because the shop has a limited variety of heels to choose from n i request a refund. I have never heard a store that refuses refunds and it really infuriating because its thier stock. What do i do with a pair of shoes i do not want?
