Bad Business Practises and Refund shenanigans

I bought 2 pairs of shoes for my mother that were not on sale 2 days ago at Pan African Mall, Alexandra for R749.80 and returned them yesterday morning because she hated them and thought they were absolutelyof poor quality. The cashier named Sana said they could not return my money in my bank and did not have cash in the register and told me to leave the shoes and receipt with them. They said they will wait for other customers to buy cash and call me to collect my cash. Sana said their till was set up to accept exchanges and their speedpoint is just for purchases and cannot refund into customer bank account. I'm still waiting 2 days later This is absolute nonsense and unacceptable! How do you run a business like that? No petty cash, no ability to refund money if a card was used to payment for goods. I want my money back.
