Poor service, transaction not complete 2 years later

I would like to express my disappointment with Franchise in a box. A total amount of R79000.00 was paid in March 2015, included in this price was a Franchise contract for R15000.00 which was for attorney fees to check the contract. It seems that a very poor and legally conflicting template is used for this, as it is full of flaws. It was asked to be amended several times to no avail. Trade Mark Registration R7000.00, these fees were never paid over to the registration department and now we are told that this is for our account. It clearly states in your contract “registration” and not your so called “to complete the forms”. We have also been charged R25000.00 for printing, DVD’s and operations manuals, this has never been offered to be credited as the total contract cannot be finalized due to the many conflicting legalities in the contract. We have not received the service from you and our telephone calls and emails just get ignored. A definite fly-by-night *******.
