Disappointing Experience

I will never buy from this store again, I ordered two watches on the website and both of the watches indicated that it was in stock, I then selected each watch and proceeded to the checkout, after checkout their online system sent me a order receipt at 07:40am on the 25th November 2018, I then made a instant EFT payment to them at 07:58 on the 25th November 2018 I also sent the proof of payment (proof of payment didn't even matter because I made a instant EFT so the money would of reflected in their account immediately).

A Lady then phones me at 11:20am on the 26th November 2018 telling me that they do not have stock of one of the items which I've ordered, I then told her that this is unacceptable because the website indicate that there was stock hence the order receipt was generated by the system, I told her that I want what I paid for and I asked her if she can't perhaps order my watch which I've already paid for in full, she then rep**** by saying she can but I will be at a higher price, my reply to her was that they store should give it to me at the same price because it was their fault, she then rep**** and said she'll contact her supplier and get back to me.

14:08 pm on the 26 November 2018 I received a call from the same lady and she informs me that there is no stock of both (first it was one now it's both).

So the only options I was left with was to choose something else or get a refund.

I had to opt for a refund because I didn't want anything else and I couldn't get what I paid for.
