Francs Boutique is...WOW...USELESS

Francs Boutique Online Store was the worst ecommerce experience I've ever had.

Beyond their atrocious service, **** promises, a complete lack of customer support, delayed and incorrect product delivery and attitude filled customer care representatives I would urge anyone dealing with this site to turn and walk away. Everything that could go wrong with an ecommerce transaction did and this clown-house should not be allowed to operate to the public. https://www.francsboutique.com/.

I could write out my entire experience with this joke of a company from how they took 9-weeks to deliver my order, OR how they still delivered my order after I had requested to cancel it 5-weeks earlier, OR how they charge their customers 30% FOR REFUNDS (yes you read that right), AND wait for it (yes there's more) if you receive the incorrect size - as I did - you will be liable for the delivery charges.

This township operation with no business acumen or systems needs to be shut down to protect consumers.
