Counterfeit goods

I have experienced Franc's ********** operation first hand. I ordered one Gucci shoe and one Louis Vuitton shoe on 27 July 2020. When it arrived, I realised they were ****. I tried to call them, but as usual they don't ever answer their calls. I was in Jhb for work last week and decided to pay their "Boutique" in Rosebank a visit to return the items. I discovered that there is no "Boutique"! It's a workspace office where u rent a table. So these guys are running a total online business. That's why certain items take months to deliver or not at all. They simply do not have the stock on hand! The "receptionist" phoned a lady named Queruna who told me over the phone she is only coming on Monday and that I must e-mail her. I e-mailed her to ask her where can I leave the goods before I leave. She didn't reply and I left the goods at Sandton Hotel for them to collect. At present, they are refusing to collect the goods or refund me (their excuse is that it was sale items). They basically have no intention of refunding anyone as they are a ********** and non-existent Boutique. Please do not take a chance and buy anything from them. The goods will be either ****, won't be delivered on time or at all, or they will refuse to accept returns and refund you. I've been to the far east many times and know ****s when I see it. Most people won't know the difference. The packaging etc is identical, so most people won't know. Stay away!!!
