Terrible service and decisiving information

So i app**** for an apparetment through this agency, to start of with the agent didn’t even contact me for viewing, didn’t contact me at all infact. I got a contact number of the gentleman who fixes the apartments and he gave the go ahead and let’s the security of the complex show me the apartment, all happy and interested i apply and get approved a few days later with a invoice on the property, first the invoice had the incorrect unit number on it and so many additional chargers to the property that will be charged monthly. I call the agency today trying to get in contact with the lady Martha that is the agent to tell her there was a mistake on the invoice, that it wasn’t the property i put my application in for, this lady was so unpleasant and unprofessional to speak to and all she could do is laugh in my ear and tell me that was the only property she had available, also asking her what was the additional charges for on the invoice. when she didn’t even know herself why or what i was talking about. She let me view someone else apartment that was already taken, not even having the decency to infrom it was taken just assuming i would be okay with paying for a property I haven’t even see or knew about. Was a the worst service I’ve ever recieved from a property agency. Later the day i go onto they’re googe page to post a review on the ********** service, noticing I wasn’t the only person they were doing it to.
