**** people for their deposits
They rob people of their deposit for e.g if your rent is r4500 they deduct half of your deposit without showing you how they calculated the amount to the one they end up with,so they gain something from you when moving out even when there wasn't much of demages like lines on wall or else they should tell the tenants to fix than talking half of people's hard earned money and delay to pay you on top of that
They are very nice and accommodative when you are moving in but when you are inside and it happens you delay finishing off your rent balance they switch off the electricity or lock you out of your place .lf you moved in when there wer things like tubs , sinks , tiles with issues like cracks but still useable they later charge u for it as if you caused it but yet they knew about it
Even the office people they are at times rude when you addressing issues to them , people's safety aren't their priority even when things are ****** inside their premises they turn a blind eye
I loved the place at first until I moved in Anyone looking for a place at FRAME WORK PROPERTIES I would tell them not to
- Deposit Deductions
In line with the Rental Housing Act, deposits may only be used to cover actual damages or outstanding rental amounts. A full reconciliation of any deductions, supported by invoices or reports, is always made available to tenants. Should you feel this process was not followed in your case, we encourage you to contact our office directly so we can review your file and provide clarity. - Repairs and Maintenance
When tenants move in, a joint inspection is conducted to record any existing defects. This ensures that pre-existing issues (such as cracks, chips, or wear and tear) are not incorrectly charged to tenants upon moving out. If this inspection was not completed or acknowledged, please raise it with us so we can investigate further. - Electricity and Access
We do not lock tenants out of their units or ********ly disconnect services. - Service and Conduct
Professionalism and respect are values we insist on from our team. We regret to hear that you may have experienced otherwise and will address this matter internally to ensure tenants are always treated courteously. - Safety and Security
The safety of all residents is a priority. Any issues reported are taken seriously, and we work closely with contractors and service providers to address them as quickly as possible.
