Need my deposit money

I was a tanner at Frederick house ,last week a form was sent to sign and send my banking details so my refund can be payed , I was told it’s will take 3 days but it did not .I waited yesterday I was told it will take 24 hours , today I am told about Friday latest. Again I have been informed the delay in my deposit is because of colleagues from the finance department had Coronavirus and the director is in Durban. Which story is true here ?
