Framework properties is the worst!

Moving in to the property front door 🚪 handle was damaged, shower door couldn't open, the shower and kitchen window and window frames were broken, bedroom door was cracked, tiles no grout, ceiling in the bathroom was damaged due to water leak, bathtub needed re-enamelling, living room plugs were damaged, and walldrops doors were damaged including stove, and the inspection report was completed before moving in stating all those things.

While staying in the building, I experienced geyser busting in the middle of the night luckily I was in the building otherwise all my valuable belongings could've been destroyed due to geyser burst. When you report they wouldn't even care to take care of the problem they would reply after a week, I even asked to take shower from the neighbours. Prior to moving out I gave them a 28 days notice to evacuate the building, and I moved out, they then came back after 27days telling me that I owe rent, and damaged to property meanwhile I served a notice and everything on the inspection prior moving in was reported.and having to pay fees for a blocked sewage that's extreme, I would not recommend framework to anyone, they exploit people of their hard earned money and don't attend to problems, balekaaaa......!
