The exit inspection was done with you and signed off by you as well. The walls had numerous holes, drawings with pen or pencil, and scuff marks caused by lounge and bedroom furniture. The bathroom ceiling had black mold which indicates that the windows were never opened. The bathroom door lock was also missing. You were charged a contractors invoice only, with no additional charges levied against you.

Holes on the wall ? That’s a lie because I have never drilled anything on those walls . The only thing that was not functioning well was the door handle in the extra room. I think you are mistaking my inspection with another unit . There will obviously be a need for repaint coz I stayed there for 2 years . There were absolutely no pen marks on the wall because adults stayed there. I was there when the inspection was done with the caretaker and the only issues were the two things I just mentioned even the caretaker could attest to this. The form I received to process my deposit mentioned nothing about the holes and pen marks you are mentioning now coz there weren’t any. My complaint is being charged over 3k to repaint and fix a door handle

Anyway it is what it is I was just sharing my experience when moving out of the property the best response could have been to put some light on the charges instead of adding things that aren’t true coz I took good care of the unit in hopes that I’d at least get most of my deposit back.
