Complaint

I have a complaint in connection to the above company. I was looking for accommodation and i searched for properties that were listed under this company. When i checked for a certain apartment i liked what i saw and i app**** prior to making payments i wanted to view the flat but i couldn't as the caretaker was unavailable. I was really in need of accommodation and I was told by the agent assisting me that there were a lot of people looking for same apartment. As I wanted to move by the long weekend so i made payment. I was only able to view the place on Monday after the long weekend to my surprise the apartment was nothing like pn the pictures which to me was false adverti*****t. When now i want to cancel as I'm supposed to look for another apartment now I'm charged cancelation fee of R350 and for ITC/TPN check R250 which I didn't ask for it's their qualifying criteria but I am the one to pay for it. I was told the will not hesitate to refund me fully if i don't like the apartment. Now there are charges that i didn't know about.
