COMMUNAL SATELITE DISH ERRORS FOR DSTV FOR OVER A MONTH NOW

i stay at one of their properties in central johannesburg,Fashion Lofts.We have not had DSTV for over a month now and they claim it will cost them half a million(R500 000) to upgrade system and they do not have the money,therefore we cannot have DSTV At the moment we paying rentals and our DSTV subscriptions(lest we get blacklisted). They have been working on it ever since the errors started when the hail storm affected our DSTV. We cannot stop paying DSTV because we keep getting promised to be fixed ASAP. I really would not recommend them for any properties if you want to rent or buy. They care only about getting the money and not expenses from their side.I am so fed up but cannot do anything but wait INDEFINITELY....
