Pathetic service

On the 12th of Aug I sent 2 photos for printing to Frame Fun. The lady -Rosina was so inefficient that she kept giving me wrong info about prices etc. When I was due to fetch my order (it was a gift to be given on 5th Sept), she then tells me that my orders are not ready becos I didn't pay. I had asked her several times for the invoice, she just never sent it to me. I am a regular client of Frame Fun for over 1 year and constantly give them orders. Rosina knew me well and she knew either way, I wud pay on arrival. I was very upset and called to speak to the manager. He asked me to send him all the emails between Rosina and I- which I did. That was on 2 Sept already and to date, Allister has not rep**** at all due to the pathetic service received by a long standing client of theirs. He keeps telling me that the boss Aaron had been out of the country- but really 2 months later and no feedback? Pathetic!! No follow up email or apology either...... I am still waiting!!! How does a company leave a long standing client hanging for 2 months!!! He didn't even offer to do the orders on their behave due to all I went through and I have proof of everything!!! Pathetic really.
