No managers available

I ordered and paid 50%(112500 Rand) for a tent to be supp****.After paying,I tried to arrange collection of the tent.I send emails and made telephone calls with no response.A lady by the name Lindiwe answered my missed calls and told me she cannot give me the branch managers or bosses phone numbers because it is not allowed by the company.<br> This is the first time ever that I heard of this nonsense.I am very disappointed in the level of service,given by this business. Before concluding of the deal,they phoned me every,minute and now,when executing they are ******** and not helpful. Can you please investigate this company and why they behave like this.
