I was promised that product was exchangeable, when I was not satisfied with product I was given the runaround for months. Eventually when it was sent back on instruction of Ridwaan, it was damaged and was promised a replacement. Was told it was in the making and I believed them. Only to find out that they had no intention of replacing after being promised on numerous occasions.. Eventually was told by Tasneem that Ridwaan didn't work for Frametalk and had no autohrity to accept return although she initially promised exchange and also acknowledged return after it was received by them and promised a replacement. After waitin for more than a few months, my patience ran out and I confronted her. She was rude and told me she couldnt carry the loss ( aftre giving me her word on many occasions that she was busy making a new one)to fly a kite..I have not received promised product. Please be wary to pay upfront. Not trustworthy at all and NEVER kept to their word once. This is just to warn unsuspecting customers.
