Frame Talk Director ********

On the 19th of March 2020, we paid a deposit amount of R35 000 to Frame talk (Pty) Ltd also know as "Frame Interior Design", solely owned by Ridwhaan Limbada, towards the design, manufacturing and installation of dining room table and chairs. To date we haven’t received the final products we ordered, nor the refund of the deposit paid to Frame interior. Ridwhaan Limbada has been very abrasive and not responding to emails or calls, and even blocked my calls. He then reverted back to me with texts stating that the company is going under liquidation, after committing that he will action payment of the 05th of June, this was said without any documentation to substantiating this event and based on the discussion we had, he can’t corroborate the act of liquidation and he doesn’t have intent to deliver on the final product, this also became apparent to me that he knew months prior that the company is going through financial problems and still got into a contractual agreement with us knowing very well he won’t deliver upon the agreed work.

Please do no trade with the companies associated to him as a director.
