Disgusting customer attitude.

The worst pr experience ever. Asked to talk to somebody. Not possible, they have procedures. Cant find the paperwork or claim approval. 5 of them just standing there doing nothing to help..

Eventually just stormed out.

Don't need this kind of attitude. They can stick their "service".
