*HelloPeter Review Update* *Update - 7 August 2026:* After submitting my original review, the management at Fraîche Ayres conducted a full review including CCTV footage and reservation records. I was not present at the time, and I now understand that I was given incomplete information by my guests. An equivalent table was in fact offered immediately, and management did engage appropriately. I sincerely apologize to Kyle and the entire Fraîche Ayres team for the misunderstanding and for the impact of my original complaint and one-star rating. That was not fair to the staff. I value Fraîche Ayres and have always had pleasant experiences there on my individual visits. Based on this, and the way management handled my follow-up, I intend to update my rating to better reflect the restaurant. Thank you to Kyle and the team for the professional response.
