poor service

I placed an order with this company and as soon as I paid, their delivery times changed to be longer and I was told my order does not have a tracking number and I have to wait. I don't understand how they can send something without a tracking number. After close to a month I am still waiting for my perfumes. They have blocked me from their website to check my account and my order status ever since I complained to them. They don't care about their customers after receiving payment and I will never ever order from them again. . I feel hurt that I have lost my money just like that. I have also noticed that they might be removing bad reviews on their website or Facebook page.
