International shipment tracking non existing

Fragrances is real and good but a deal breaking issue is their terrible international shipment tracking and customer service when a shipment has been paid. Once payment is made getting any update of meaning is impossible. My shipment is now almost 2 months en-route. Numerous emails and still no update or action that shows that they are trying to find out where my parcel really is. The only standard replies that it is at customs and once it has cleared I will get an update. That has been the response for almost a month now! Onthou thier website is still only shows "parcel placed in bucket"
