FRAGRANCEX IS A ****, MONEY DOWN THE DRAIN

Ordered three bottles from Fragrance X three months ago, nothing received, their shipping partner Picup had rep**** on mail to say the parcel is with their courier Dawnwing, their courier said they have not received such a parcel, later on they changed the waybill number claiming that's why they couldn't track it, on the 3rd Sep dawnwing updated their tracker to say they have been notified of the parcel however have not received it. Fragrancex meanwhile don't want to give me my refund. Do not buy from these people, unless you like money being taken like that from you.
