FragranceX disaster

I ordered 3 bottles of perfume about 3 months ago from FragranceX. They did not arrive. I received numerous queries to rate their service. And informed them that my order had not arrived. I was told it was because of Covid. They finally paid R690 into my bank account saying the courier had lost it. This amount is about two thirds of what I paid.
