I ordered two bottles of perfume from Fragrance X on the 18 Sept 2021. It is now the 18 Oct 2021 with nothing received. Their shipping partner Picup had rep**** on mail to say the parcel is with their courier Dawnwing, their courier said they have not received such a parcel. i have since received an email from DHL (which went to my spam box) but the trcking number cannot be traced and the site appears to be ****. The contact form on the DHL site says the system is down. The email says i need to first pay $9.95 to release the parcel, which I will not do as none of the tracking numbers are valid. Do not buy from these people, unless you like money being taken like that from you.
