Disgusted customer

I purchased a fragrance from FragranceX on the 9th of March 2024 and I received an email with tracking number informing me that the parcel has been shipped on the 11 of March 2024. When I tried tracking the parcel, it doesn’t appear to be anywhere. I called the PDP laser courier company and gave them the tracking number, they told me that the parcel is not with them. FragranceX is a ****! I wouldn’t recommend them. Stop buying from them especially if you are in another country like South Africa, they will take your money and not deliver.
