bad service

I placed an order on fragrance net using my paypal account immediately after that the status of my call went to pending a day after that it was still on pending then I decided to send an email to their mail account no one got back I sent several emails but no luck I then phoned PayPal to found if I have made a mistake from my side and they me everything is fine from their side, then went back again to fragrance net to find out the status of order to my surprise it was cancelled on what grounds I don't know
