Love their products. Customer service needs a lot of work

I love their products and I don’t regret finding them. Prompt delivery. Great collection of brands as well. I can’t say the same for when it comes to the manner in which they deal with their customer service queries, sadly.

Today, after I’ve been seeking & enquiring with them since January about 2 products, I ended up looking for what I needed elsewhere online and I found it.

Very disappointing customer service.
