Great customer service

I ordered a product from Fragrancefind as a birthday gift for a fiend. The order was very promptly packaged and sent out for delivery. There was a bit of confusion with regard to the delivery, but this was not the fault of Fragrancefind or the courier company. Fragrancefind provided me with excellent customer service to sort out the confusion.
