Big improvement

<p>Last year in December I wrote a review concerning Fragrance Find. Yesterday I got a call from "TOM" Buchanan who has taken over the business and was concerned about the poor review. As I can't delete the original review since your re-launch I would just like to say I find it gratifying that this man would call me to apologise. He is obviously serious about keeping high standards at the business and I shall once again this Xmas order from him, hoping that there will be no hassles this time around.</p> <p> </p> <p>With an attitude like his and customer care uppermost in his mind he well deserves to succeed.</p>
