Fragrance Warehouse.. what happened to you?

Order was made a month ago from their website. Since then there has been no communication whatsoever. Tried being nice, sent numerous emails… nothing. Have I been ****med? Site looked legit but was I wrong? Would not suggest you order from them. Even reported the matter to the bank.
