Fragrance Holics SA Stole My Money

I am very disappointed in this company. i bought a perfume online and 2 weeks later i still don't have my perfume and i don't have my money. I called them last week and they said they were with the couriers and will send my tracking number shortly which they never did. i called again the following day and they gave me a tracking number which the courier company, aramex, still doesn't recognize. After complaining they promised to look into it and this was the last i heard of them. Now they don't take my calls. i posted on facebook how disappointed i am in them they blocked me. i tried to go back to their site where i bought perfume and the site is currently unavailable.
