**** Torm Ford Black Orchid

I bought a Tom Ford Black Orchid Perfume. They delivered the perfume, but to my surprise, it was not the original Tom Ford Black Orchid. The packaging was torn, and the smell of the perfume is not the same. I complained to the owner who called me and asked for pictures. I sent him what he delivered vs the original Tom Ford. He saw the difference and called me to say the reason why it's not the same is because the one they sent me is from Switzerland. On their website they say their perfumes are 100% authentic. I have been trying to ask them to take back their perfume and refund me or even replace it with something authentic, but the owner just ignores me. I find his behavior very unprofessional. I need them to give me what i bought or refund me.
